Ritualizer is a side project I got into to learn mobile development with React Native. It grew in scope and maturity over the course of several months, and now integrates with Firebase, Google Authentication, and includes a premium offer via in-app purchase. Rituals creation and edit

Rituals is the central concept of the app, it is basically a habit, good or bad, that you wish to track. A free user can have up to 3 active rituals at the same time, while a premium user can have 15. Screens related to rituals include:
  • a list of all your active rituals;
  • a detailed view of a particular ritual. For first time users, a quick tutorial provides the user with explanations on how to get started;
  • a creation screen;
  • a settings screen.

Login and app options

Login is performed using Google authentication. The app's options can help configure the language (English or French), retrieve archived rituals, and other preferences.

Paywall and premium

Premium membership can be bought through in-app purchase. There is a monthly membership or a lifetime one. Premium users can have up to 15 active rituals, and also unlock a new feature called "Progression paths", which are a selection of pre-made rituals designed to help the user create healthy habits. Each path has 3 levels of increasing difficulty in order to keep the user engaged.
